SFMade Week is back for its seventh year and spotlights local businesses with tours, demos, parties and pop-ups. The week-long celebration highlights local manufacturers, their products and their people.

Not just your favorite beverage, but food and artisanal goods, all made right here at home! We’re talking jewelry by Slate & Stone, art by Sophia Ackelbein, art by Carmen McNall, home wares and accessories by Made By Rheal, ceramics by Mudwitch, tacos by El Taquero, and chocolates by Nosh. Also on tap, so to speak, are brewery tours at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. with an optional guided tasting (additional $5) following the tour.

Here’s the exclusive inside story on how whiskey is made from beer, enhanced by a private tasting of Seven Stills spirits and a chance to take photos in front of the largest copper pot still in San Francisco. Each tour is 30 minutes to an hour, complete with a tasting flight. And if that’s not enough, the Bayview Opera House will offer a dazzling lineup of Latin-Afro music throughout.
